The plan entitles you to absolute priority service, NO standard travel costs, extended warranties, up to a 15% discount, and most importantly: Peace of Mind.

The purpose of this plan is to provide your family with enhanced equipment safety and efficiency as well as extend the life of your equipment. Our commitment to your family's safety is so passionate that we promise to periodically return to your home to make sure your system is operating at peak performance.

This agreement entitles you to benefit from our exclusive precision tuneup and professional cleaning (PTPC). Here is just a sample of our procedures:

Clean, level, calibrate thermostat.
Wash condenser coil and evaporator coil; when readily accessible.
Replace or wash standard air-filters.
Lubricate all moving parts.
Test all safety controls/devices.
Test, secure, and tighten all electrical connections and terminals.
Test system for proper air flow and air delivery.
Chemically clean and inspect drain pan when readily accessible.
Measure cool and heat transfer capability.
Test all motors, starting capacitors, run capacitors, and potential relays.
Provide complete written analysis of our findings along with any recommendations that we may have.
