Coming to a decision as to whom we should hire to do this work was not an easy task. Over a month of five different interviews and lots of research, I wasn't convinced that anyone truly understood our needs until Matthew came to our home. Having bought a Carrier Infinity System 3 years ago, I was aware of the quality of this product but what I needed to find was someone who knew what size system we needed, as well as a company that prided themselves on both installation and service.
We were not only very impressed with Matt's professionalism and expertise in discussing the proposal for the job, but he was the only person that could explain why our original system prematurely failed. Prior to our making a decision on this investment, I was very appreciative of Matt's consistent availability to answer my questions and his assurance that the installation of the equipment would be done correctly.
On the day of the installation, Tony and Juan came to our home and again, we were so pleased with their knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home and like Matt, they were consistently available to answer any questions.
