This agreement entitles you to benefit from our exclusive electrical service inspection (ESI). Here is just a sample of our procedures:
- Ensure home is in compliance with current code status.
- Inspect grounding system integrity.
- Test GFCI safety outlets.
- Perform electrical panel maintenance.
- Inspect and test smoke detectors for proper operation.
- Conduct infrared test of all circuit breakers for heat load compliance.
